Emma Elsworth is experienced in all types of property law matters. She has practised exclusively in property law since 2002. She holds Bachelors of Arts/Law from the University of Adelaide.

Emma provides highly specialised advice with a focus on conducting commercial acquisitions and dispositions, general conveyancing, off-the-plan developments and assisting foreign clients in all types property transactions.
Emma has developed a practice in providing due diligence advice to large and small commercial builders about regarding owner risk and protection works under the Building Act (Vic). She can also assist with property advice in the context of a family breakdown and mortgage realisation.
She is also well versed in owners corporation matters. She is involved in the establishment of an Owners Corporation lot owner advocacy group which will be unique in Victoria.
Emma is a PEXA certified member and can conduct property transactions in Victoria and other states of Australia.
